What we sell

The Mini Split Shop sells new Costway ductless mini split systems. Every unit is new, in the original packaging, with the manufacturer's kit. We list only what our supplier has in stock, and the live supplier quantity is shown on each product page.

How the price works

Each system is priced $10 under the MSRP Costway publishes for that model. Freight to the contiguous US (lower 48) is included. No coupon, no shipping line at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, plus sales tax where we have to collect it.

How an order moves

We buy from a wholesale supplier portal. When you order, we place the order with the supplier. The supplier's freight partner, usually an LTL carrier, picks the unit up at the supplier's warehouse and delivers it to you, usually curbside. We email tracking when the supplier scans the freight bill. Typical transit is 3–7 business days after that scan. Details are on the Shipping page.

Who we are

The Mini Split Shop is run by Setpile Corp, a Florida corporation based in Coral Springs. We are an independent reseller. We are not Costway and we do not speak for Costway. Costway is a trademark of its owner. Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer; we help you open the claim. See the Warranty page.

We sell equipment only; we do not install it. Read the Installation page before you buy, and the Sizing Guide if you are not sure which unit fits the room.
