Collection: 24,000 BTU and Up

The 24,000 BTU mini split is the largest single-zone system we carry, rated 22,500 to 24,000 BTU for spaces of about 1,100–1,500 sq ft. Typical uses are a great room, an open-plan main floor, a large garage or workshop, or a high-ceilinged studio. All are heat pumps, with SEER2 ratings from 18 up to 25 and WiFi or Energy Star on several models.

Every 24k unit is 208-230V and draws more current than the smaller sizes, so the breaker, wire gauge, and disconnect must follow the spec sheet exactly.
