What to include

• Your order number. It is in your confirmation email.
• The MPN, the manufacturer part number on the product page and the carton label.
• For damage or a warranty issue: photos of the cartons, the unit, the label with the serial number, and the problem itself.
• For a sizing or voltage question: room size in sq ft, ceiling height, which way the windows face, and what circuit you have or can run.
