Collection: 115V Mini Splits

115V mini splits run on the same voltage as a standard household outlet, so they are the simpler electrical job for a bedroom, office, or sunroom. Every unit here is 9,000 to 12,000 BTU; larger sizes draw too much current for 115V and are built as 208-230V. Most are heat pumps, many have WiFi, and the range includes high-SEER2 and Energy Star models.

Simpler does not mean plug-in. The spec sheet usually calls for a dedicated 115V circuit with its own breaker, not a shared outlet, and code may still require a disconnect at the condenser. Check the breaker size on the product page with an electrician before you order. Over about 750 sq ft you will need a 208-230V mini split; the Sizing Guide explains why.
