EcoGuard is a full-range series: 9,000 to 24,000 BTU, SEER2 from 19 to 21, and a heat pump in every size rated to heat down to -4°F outdoors. It suits a bedroom or office at the small end and an open living area or garage at the large end. WiFi app control is listed on the product pages; confirm it for your model.

For your installer: EcoGuard spec sheets list R454B refrigerant rather than the R32 on most other series, and the tech's gauges and recovery equipment have to match; confirm it on the product page.
